What can my team do on the Seerbit Dashboard?

The Team tab on the Settings page allows you to add multiple users who can access your Seerbit dashboard, with varying access levels.

User roles and permisions

Team Member Roles on the Seerbit Dashboard

Admin - This role grants the team member the permissions to manage everything on the dashboard. You can add, manage, and remove team members and manage all the settings on your business dashboard.

Operations - Operation is the primary role of operations management. This role grants users the permissions to manage everything on the Dashboard. This role is ideal for a business manager who needs full visibility into your business.

  • Setup Transaction Fee
  • Manage Bank Account
  • Assign Permissions 

Developer Support - Developer Support is the primary role of developer support management. This role grants a user the permissions necessary for technical support. Users in this group can view and manage things like API Keys and webhooks, export transaction report, and more. This role cannot access sensitive information such as free setup, manage or assign a merchant, view settlement reports, create roles,  bank account settings, and other settings.

Customer Support - This role grants users the permissions necessary to provide support for your business’ customers. It allows a user with this role to view only your business’ transactions and customers. For instance; customer calls to complain about a recent order. Team members with this role have access to quickly look up the transaction details and better support that customer.
