How to access payment options
Turning on and accessing the SeerBit POS
a. Turn on P.O.S from the left-hand side of the
b. Swipe up to open home screen
c. Tap on PAY to load the P.O.S application
d. Enter your SeerBit account details
PS: This is usually your SeerBit Merchant Dashboard Login details.
Collecting Payments

Click on collect payment
2. Enter the amount you want to collect and click enter
Card payment
1. Click on cards option
2. Insert the card
3. Confirm the card
4. Select account type
5. Allow customer to input their pin
6. If the payment is successful, Print the customer’s receipt
7. Print merchant copy (if needed)
8. Click on Finish
9. Click Back to Home
10. If the payment fails, other payment options would be displayed for you try again with
USSD payment
1. Click on USSD
2. Select a bank (you can search or scroll)
3. A code would be displayed for the bank you select
4. Dial the code to complete Payment
5. Once customer has made payment, go to History
6. Tap on Today’s Transactions
7. Click on the transaction to confirm the transfer
8. If the transaction is there, confirm to the customer
9. Click on the transaction and print the receipt
10. If the transaction isn’t there, swipe down to refresh the page
11. If the transaction is successful, print customer’s receipt
12. If the transaction fails, try other option displayed on the page
Pay by Transfer
1. Give customer your SeerBit account number
2. Once customer has made payment, go to History
3. Tap on Today’s Transactions
4. Click on the transaction to confirm the transfer
5. If the transaction is there, confirm to the customer
6. Click on the transaction and print the receipt
(If the transaction isn’t there, swipe down to refresh the page)
7. If the transaction is successful, print customer’s receipt
8. If the transaction fails, try other option displayed on the page
Pay by Mobile money
1. Choose your preferred network service provider
2. Enter the mobile number for the selected network service provider
